Internet browsing safety filters are in place as well as a block on youtube.

If arriving by car, park in any space along Selbourne Avenue. No permits, zones or traffic wardens to worry about but please be mindful of other residents.

We’re a busy family and therefore our driveway is out of bounds for guest parking.

Vehicles other than our own are not covered by insurance when on our premises.

Hot water is available 24/7. The annexe has its own hot water system and will heat and store as required. The tank capacity allows for one long or two quick showers before refilling & reheating.

The electric radiator is on a pre-programmed timer. Please ask if the temperature or duration needs adjusting, it is controlled remotely by the host.

Turn on the bathroom towel rail using the labeled switch; the thermostat will automatically turn off the rail when it reaches the set temperature.

The room key is yours for the duration of the stay, no need to store in the key safe as you come and go.

Please post in the letterbox when it’s time to leave.

Please use the bins located near the side gate. The blue lid bin is for all recyclables - Cardboard, glass, paper. The black bin is used for food waste and other items.
